When will a Hive running GBG be ready for delivery?
We are ready to take orders immediately. Current development to integrate GBG on the Hive automation platform is progressing on track and first deliveries of new Hive systems are anticipated to begin in Q2 2025.
How do I initiate the purchase? Do I talk to Biosero or BioNex?
Hive purchases with GBG will be handled through BioNex. You can contact your local sales representative or sales@bionexsolutions.com for any inquiries regarding a new Hive system.
I have an existing Hive, can I upgrade it?
Absolutely, please contact info@bionexsolutions.com with your request and we will contact shortly.
Will BioNex continue to support VWorks?
Yes, we will continue to support and development on VWorks. If you do have questions regarding existing or future integrations involving VWorks, please reach out to info@bionexsolutions.com.
Can I upgrade my legacy BioCel or VWorks based system?
For service and support, will I go to Biosero or BioNex?
Primary line of support on Hive systems with GBG will be handled by BioNex and triaged to the appropriate support channels for follow up.
After a system is installed, how is the training handled for a Hive system?
BioNex will be the primary point of contact for training on a newly deployed or migrated system. This training will cover the basics of the system such as operation, general troubleshooting, and method development.
Will there be extended or advanced training offered for either GBG or the Hive automation platform?
Yes there will. BioNex will handle the hardware aspect of the training while Biosero will handle the advanced capabilities of the GBG software platform.
